1 - Pickleball – A fun and accessible sport for everyone
Pickleball is a blend of tennis, badminton and table tennis. It is easy to learn, enjoyable for beginners and suitable for all ages. This activity helps improve fitness, increase agility and provides a great opportunity to socialise within the Vietnamese community in Western Australia.
Weekly Pickleball Schedule:
• Monday: Morley Sports & Recreation Centre, 11:00am – 1:00pm
• Wednesday: Morley Sports & Recreation Centre, 11:00am – 1:00pm
• Thursday: Playpoint Ballajura Indoor Sports, 6:30pm – 8:00pm
• Sunday: Playpoint Ballajura Indoor Sports, 2:30pm – 4:00pm

2 - Yoga Classes – Strengthen body and mind
WAVNWA’s yoga classes are returning to support holistic wellbeing, helping participants reduce stress, improve flexibility and enjoy a calm, relaxing environment after a busy day.
• Time: Wednesday evenings
• Additional Sunday morning class may open depending on registrations
• Venue: WA Stage Malaga
• Fee: AUD 100 for 10 sessions
