What have you prepared for the coming winter? One of the effective self-care methods that I'm known for is using roller essential oils to apply to the skin or for aromatherapy. These essential oils can help ease flu symptoms especially by clearing nasal passages and relieving headaches. Some oils may even have antiviral benefits to help treat infections and lower fevers.
One of the most loved oils to prevent colds and flu is Thieves Frankinsence and Lemon essential oils. I use them daily as a natural perfume around my neck and shoulders. You should choose natural products that do not contain chemicals or toxins to help your body be healthy naturally.
Benefits of essential oils

Use a roll-on bottle to roll onto your neck and shoulders to prevent colds or to massage your head, neck, or soles of your feet. You can carry the roller bottle with you wherever you go because it's very handy and the scent is so pleasant!
For aromatherapy:
Add a few drops of essential oil to the diffuser, put it in the sauna to inhale the incense or put it in a large bowl of hot water to inhale the steam. No need to take bitter pills! It's really nice, isn't it!?
